Join Chef Sara Fitzpatrick for a delicious, hands-on brunch class that celebrates both classic favorites and creative twists. Roll up your sleeves and prepare a mouthwatering menu featuring Quiche, Pavé (layered) Potatoes, a Deviled Egg Flight, Stuffed French Toast, and more. Along the way, Chef Sara will share tips, techniques and plating ideas you can use at home. Perfect for brunch lovers of all skill levels. Bring an apron, cutting board, kitchen knife, heat-resistant spatula, kitchen towel, potholder and containers for leftovers. There is a $40 material fee payable to the instructor the day of class.
