Dee’s Great Aunt, Enis Malavolti, had family over for Sunday dinner and served the most amazing Italian dishes. A favorite was her tortellacci. Tortellacci is a meatless cheese tortellini with made with spinach. This dish is often served during Lent and other special occasions. The texture and flavor is very decadent and rich. Learn how to mix and knead the dough, make the special filling of the tortellacci and twist them into the correct shape. The best part, we will eat a tortellacci dinner with all of the trimmings at the end of class.

Bring: an apron, pizza cutter and a cutting surface such as a cutting board or mat. Bring a bottle of water, soda or coffee.

There is a $25 material fee payable to the instructor the night of class.
