Ready to turn your business idea into a real venture? This hands-on, cohort-style workshop, powered by the nationally recognized Kauffman FastTrac® curriculum, helps aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs build a solid foundation for launching and growing their business. In this program, you’ll learn how to:

• Define your business concept and identify your target market
• Validate your idea through customer research and competitive analysis
• Build a business model that drives profitability and sustainability
• Develop a clear roadmap for funding, marketing, and growth

By the end of the series, you will have a refined business plan, valuable feedback from peers and mentors, and the confidence to move your idea forward. The program concludes with a Shark Tank inspired pitch competition, where top participants receive cash awards to invest directly into their business. CEU: 1.6
