Discover the rich culinary traditions of Spain in this hands-on tasting and cooking class led by Chef Anthony Belter. Laura Belter, will lead you through sampling a selection of Spanish wine while learning about their regions, history and pairing principles. During class you will also prepare classic dishes including a seasonal vegetable paella and a silky Basque cheesecake. Chef Anthony will also demonstrate how to make a Potato and Onion Tortilla. Whether you are a wine enthusiast, a curious cook or simply love great food, this immersive class invites you to savor, learn, and create the authentic tastes of Spain.

Bring an apron, cutting board, kitchen knife, heat-resistant spatula, kitchen towel and potholder.
There is a $25 material fee payable to the instructor the night of class.
