We will combine appetizers and grazing boards for a fun evening in the IVCC kitchen! Chef Sara will be bringing savory spring-inspired appetizer recipes. We will learn to build grazing boards by balancing flavors and textures. We will also explore advanced garnishing and cutting techniques. Learn to make salami flowers to accent your charcuterie trays. Whether you are entertaining family or friends, or just enjoying a cozy night at home – you will learn how to create an awe-inspiring spread from appetizers and grazing boards. We will also discuss breakfast boards, dessert boards and sample drink pairings. Take home what you make in class.
