Sushi Class

With a little practice and Chef Sara’s helpful hints, you will learn how easy it really is to make sushi in your own kitchen. We will go through making sushi step by step: from selecting and buying supplies, cooking rice and proper knife techniques for cutting. You will actually roll your own sushi during class. Each student will receive their own sushi mat to keep at home. We will learn to make two basic rolls and two artisan rolls. We will also discuss nigiri and Poke bowls. Take home what you make in class.
