This five-session course is an introduction to harmonizing your mind, body and spirit through ancient practices with a modern teaching style. These practices have been shown to balance stress, improve heart and lung function, as well as muscle tone and endurance. This course is applicable to all skill levels. During this course you will build a foundational practice. With regular use, results include an increased strength of body, mind and spirit promoting optimal longevity.
