Intro to Life: The Core Foundations to Optimal Health & Wellness

In this three-session course, you will be equipped with a deep understanding of the three core pillars of life and how to utlize them to optimize vitality. Topics will include: the air we breathe and how to maximize its value, water (quality, utlilization, necessity), food (the good the bad and the underutilized.) We will also cover an introduction to tonic herbalism and the three treasures, in addition to the theory of eating for the seasons.
