Art of Food

In this five session course, excuses will dissolve as we demistify the kitchen. You will learn basic knife skills, types of cutting, one pan cooking, small space optimization, meal planning, where to purchase nutritious ingredients and develop intuitive mastery. You will receive hand-outs, recipes and ingredient lists prior to class. You can cook and prepare live at home right along with your instructor during class.
