Join IVCC instructor Dan Retoff for an exploration of helpful and healthful breathing techniques. Body, breath and mind are interrelated and breathing properly is conducive to health and well-being. You will learn how to calm the mind and alleviate anxiety; and also improve sleep, circulation and immune functioning.
Wear comfortable, loose clothing and athletic shoes. Please bring a blanket and pillow to use at class for practice of breathing and relaxation techniques.
