Yoga challenges body and mind while building core power and improving stability. All levels of experience welcome. Learn sun salutations, standing postures, seated postures and vinyasa. Emphasis will be placed on correct body alignment, holding postures and meditative flow from one posture to the next. Coordination of breath (pranayama) and movement is also emphasized. 

These classes are scheduled to be held on campus with limited in-person seats, while live streaming to additional students participating at home. *Please be sure to use the appropriate course number when registering.

Please read:  Students attending live online will need: an internet connection, email address, computer, tablet or other device to log-in to class, yoga mat. comfortable attire and towel. Students participating in the online class will receive the class link by email within 24 hours of the first session. An in-person option is also available for this class.
