ClassGraphic Yoga challenges body and mind while building core power and improving stability. All levels of experience welcome. Learn sun salutations, standing postures, seated postures and vinyasa. Emphasis will be placed on correct body alignment, holding postures and meditative flow from one posture to the next. Coordination of breath (pranayama) and movement is also emphasized.

Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water.
