Service is everyone’s job. An impression of the organization can be made with anyone, at any time. We need to make it consistent and positive with everyone we encounter. This session will cover how to stay focused on solving the problem and meeting the customer’s needs without worrying about whom to blame. You will also be introduced to the meaning of “Moment of Truth” and you will be surprised by the impression it will make.
