Fresh herbs can add bursts of flavors to your dinner table! We will cover cooking with and storing herbs, health benefits and aromatic properties. Find out how utilizing fresh herbs can put even your average recipes over the top. Class will include recipes for chimichurri sauce, pesto, marinades, salad dressings and even herbaceous cocktails! Chef Sara will discuss recipes and teach you techniques for preparing herbs such as how to chiffonade basil. You will take home what you make in this hands-on class. Hands-on culinary classes are limited to eight students.
