100th Anniversary | Tomb of the Unknown Soldier

November 11, 2021 marks the 100th Anniversary of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. In 1921, a sacred ground for deceased heroic World War I veterans was created in Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia. As years passed and more wars occurred, thousands more veterans would be added to the grounds, including those from World War II, the Korean War and Vietnam.
