Learn how to create beautifully-decorated focaccia that looks like something you could hang on your wall! However, instead of paint, you will be using colorful peppers, tomatoes, onions, olives, and herbs! There is no limit to what makes edible art. We’ll first discuss how to create a good focaccia dough, and then we’ll guide you into creating portraits, landscapes and holiday-themed breads. Art was never so delicious! Please feel free to bring any ingredients you want from home. We’ll have a large selection of vegetables from which you can choose. We will provide, olive oil, but if you also have a preferred olive oil, bring that, too! Bring your preferred knives (chef and/or paring knives), tweezers or chopsticks for placing edible items (nice, but not necessary - toothpicks can also work, which we will have on hand), a cookie tray or jelly roll pan. There is a $25 material fee payable to the instructor the night of class.
