CATCH IT! Advanced Fishing Camp [Ages: 7-12]

Take your fishing skills to the next level.

Participants registering in this program should have previous fishing experience including: 
 
  • confidence casting a pole,
  • know how to tie basic knots
  • and be comfortable taking a fish off a hook.

We will be learning and practicing advanced fishing skills including advanced knots and how to tie flies. Students should bring a fishing pole in good-working condition, backpack, snack, sunscreen and drink to class.

We will be using the IVCC shuttle to take field trips to local fishing locations. An additional waiver will be required prior to camp for field trip participation.
