During this session come for what you need! The series will start with a nature walk to loosen the muscles and mind. Then we will practice Asana to stretch and move the body before sitting in stillness for meditation. Each of the three parts will have a shared theme we will be focusing on. Each session will have a focus topic such as compassion, forgiveness, joy, gratitude, etc. All ages are welcome. You can attend the whole session or part of the class, although participation in 2 or more parts is recommended for full benefit. Please note: Bring a yoga mat for Asana, a pillow for meditation and water. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and close-toed athletic shoes. Children under the age of 18 should be accompanied by an adult who is also registered and participating in the session.
