Slow down and reconnect through a peaceful, mindful walking practice. Take a gentle walk through the woods, practicing presence, breath awareness and appreciation for each step. No meditation experience is necessary – just bring comfortable shoes, and open heart and a willingness to slow down. Each session will focus on a different theme. In the event of inclement weather, class will be held indoors.
August 20: Walking Meditation: Self Actualization
At the heart of this practice is self-actualization - the process of realizing your fullest potential and becoming more fully who you are. Self-actualization involves cultivating self-awareness, embracing personal growth, and aligning your actions with your values and purpose. Participants will explore how mindfulness in motion can deepen clarity, reduce stress, and support a stronger connection to self.
Additional single-session classes are scheduled for:
June 18: Focus on Ahimsa
July 9: Santosha
