Re-Test | Food Service Sanitation (OTC)

An examinee may take the examination twice within a thirty-day period, if necessary. If a third attempt is required, the examinee must wait at least sixty days from the date of their second attempt. It is the student/examinee’s responsibility to know when they are eligible to re-test.

Spanish/English, Chinese English/Exam - If you need to request an exam in Spanish or Chinese, please contact the Continuing Education office at 815-224-0427 two weeks prior to the exam.

Re-Test Registration Fee: There is a $65 fee to register. Payment is due at the time of registration.
