Through mindful movement, breathwork and simple stretches, you’ll leave feeling centered, refreshed, and ready to take on the day. No prior yoga experience needed - just bring your mat and a willingness to breathe and move. Both participants must be registered.
Interested in participating with a young person in your life? Children ages 8+ may be able to register and participate with an adult over the age of 18.
Bring a yoga mat, water and any yoga props you prefer to use. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and athletic shoes.
