[Day 1: Wednesday, October 8]

Leadership: The Foundation of Influence | 8:30-11:30 AM
Leadership is the ability to influence and inspire others in pursuit of shared goals. At its foundation, strong leadership starts with an understanding of one’s own strengths, values, and areas for growth. In this session, you will define leadership, build awareness of emotional intelligence, and be introduced to the 6 Types of Working Genius framework which is a practical tool designed to help you identify your unique talents and enhance both self-leadership and team collaboration.

Discovering Your Genius | 12:30-3:30 PM (Assessment Included)
Leverage your Working Genius results to uncover your key strengths, typical frustrations and the roles where you’re most effective within a team and as a leader. You'll take time to reflect on the core qualities of the Ideal Team Player and assess areas for personal growth. You’ll gain valuable insight into your leadership approach and team interactions. Learning will be reinforced through engaging and reflective activities designed to deepen understanding and support practical application.

[Day 2: Wednesday, October 22]

Effective Communication | 8:30-11:30 AM
Listen to Understand + Speak with Courage

Strengthen your communication skills to increase influence by tuning into your personal communication style, practicing active listening, and customizing your approach to get results. Learn to recognize when a crucial conversation is necessary and how to approach it with clarity and purpose. Emphasis will be placed on listening to understand and helping you build stronger connections and trust.

Leading Others Through Trust and Change | 12:30-3:30 PM
In concluding the series, you will explore the foundational role of trust in building and sustaining high-performing teams. You’ll identify common behaviors and dynamics that erode trust, along with strategies for rebuilding it when it's been compromised. Examine how change affects both individuals and teams, and how leaders can effectively support others through periods of transition. Through discussion and reflection, you'll learn how to create a sense of safety, provide clarity, and foster forward momentum during times of uncertainty and change. Building trust is never complete, it must be maintained over time.
