Stroll along the scenic trails of Nell’s Woodland for an experience that fosters a deep connection to nature and your authentic self. Guided by your instructor, you’ll explore meditation techniques that enhance mindfulness and tranquility. Whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers a peaceful blend of meditative practice and the calming embrace of the natural world.

Children under the age of 18 should be accompanied by an adult who is also registered and participating in the session.
