Think you’ve tried all the “wraps” the world has to offer? We bet you haven’t tried this delicious one from Scandinavia. Even Anthony Bourdain was enraptured by this Nordic street-food masterspiece combining hot dogs, creamy mashed potatoes, crisp onions and Swedish mustard! We’re going to take it up several notches by teaching you how to make Tunnbrod, a soft flatbread, from scratch (including it’s pre-ferment). Smaklig matild!

Bring an apron, kitchen knife, cutting board, pot holder, heat-resistant spatula, cast iron skillet, a rolling pin, cooling rack and containers to take your leftovers home.
There is a $25 material fee payable to the instructor the day of class.
