Explore the foundational principles of Ayurvedic cooking, including the use of herbs, spices, and cooking methods that balance your dosha. Understand how food choices can support your constitution and promote vitality. Prepare and enjoy dosha-specific recipes designed to nourish and harmonize your body. From soothing Vata-balancing dishes to cooling Pitta pacifying meals and grounding Kapha recipes, each dish is crafted to support your unique constitution.
