This class satisfies the learning requirement required in Illinois for the Certifed Food Protection Manager Certification (CFPM) and is an ANSI certified course accepted by the Illiniois Department of Public Health. Upon successful completion of the exam with a passing grade, students will attain the ServSafe CFPM. Licenses are valid for five years. IVCC offers both in-person instructor-led Food Service Sanitation classes, in addition to online self-study courses with an in-person exam.
