Pulling Back the Curtain: How Solar Energy Really Works is a two-part educational series designed to help everyday people understand the technology behind modern solar energy systems. In clear, non-technical language, participants will explore how electricity is generated, stored, converted, protected, and delivered. Topics include the fundamentals of electricity, how solar panels generate power from sunlight, the role of inverters and batteries, electrical safety systems such as fuses and grounding, and the operation of the electric grid. Whether you are considering solar for your home, already have a system installed, or simply want to better understand the technology shaping our energy future, this course will provide a practical foundation and answer the question: “How does solar really work?”
