Mastered the basics and want to kick your sourdough up a level? Let’s talk about inclusions and grains. We will cover baker’s math, hydration ratios and talk about troubleshooting fresh milled flours and other grains. You will also be working on your shaping techniques including tying, scoring and painting the dough for artistic expression. We will make a shaped loaf and a painted flower loaf in class. Bring an apron to class. There is a $75 material fee payable to the instructor on the night of class. The instructor will supply a variety of flours to try. Students will take home three loaves of bread, plus a decorating kit.

**Returning students should bring the kit they received in the first class and an apron.

***Please do not wear jewelry or clothing with loose sleeves to class.
