Career decisions are increasingly complex due to rapid occupational change, digital hiring systems, and shifting worker expectations. Our Career Counselor course responds to the growing demand for career support that is measurable, equitable, and scalable—preparing you to deliver structured, ethical, and results-oriented interventions while maintaining the human-centered skills that build trust and transformation.
During this career coaching training, you will progress from foundational counseling principles through advanced practice-building and credential readiness. The course blends established career development theories (Trait-Factor, RIASEC, Super's theories, and SCCT) with modern deliverables, including resumes, personal branding, job search strategy, specialized population support, and responsible artificial intelligence (AI) tool integration with privacy safeguards.
This vocational counselor program culminates in a capstone project in which you will design a complete end-to-end career counseling solution for a client or organization—integrating theory, communication, technology, outcomes measurement, and a viable business/monetization plan.
