ClassGraphic Let's GLOW! Explore your senses as we do some stretching, practice yoga poses and explore the use of both light and dark! Enjoy using glow lights and body paint while participating in games and exercises. Let your inner light shine and have some fun! 

Plan to dress in comfortable clothes in colors that glow in the dark. Please bring water and a yoga mat or towel to class. [1 week-1 session]
