Move through a balanced combination of stretching, strengthening and low-impact toning exercises designed to improve flexibility, build core strength and enhance overall body awareness.

Class will meet at the Wellness Building before heading out to the bridge in the Woodlands, where you’ll enjoy a refreshing outdoor setting that brings movement and nature together. Expect a supportive, welcoming atmosphere with options for all fitness levels - whether you’re looking to build strength, increase mobility, or simply enjoying a new experience.
