This 2-day course provides a practical foundation in the principles and tools required to successfully manage projects. Participants will learn the key factors that contribute to project success and failure, explore the Project Management Institute’s five process groups and develop work breakdown structures for real-world projects. You will discuss managing stakeholders project estimating, change management, critical path analysis, risk management, and lessons learned practices, equipping learners with essential skills to plan, execute, monitor and close projects effectively.
