Leading Others Through Trust and Change
Trust is the foundation of every high-performing team. In this session, you’ll identify what builds and breaks trust and learn how to rebuild it when it’s been compromised. Explore how change impacts people and teams, and how leaders can guide others through transition with clarity and confidence. You’ll leave with tools to maintain trust and keep teams moving forward.

Effective Communication
Strong communication drives influence and trust. Learn to tune into your personal style, practice active listening, and tailor your message to get results. You’ll recognize when crucial conversations are needed and how to approach them with clarity and purpose. The focus: listen to understand, connect authentically, and strengthen relationships.

Discovering Your Genius (Assessment Included)
Leverage your Working Genius results to uncover your key strengths, typical frustrations and the roles where you’re most effective within a team and as a leader. You'll take time to reflect on the core qualities of the Ideal Team Player and assess areas for personal growth. You’ll gain valuable insight into your leadership approach and team interactions. Learning will be reinforced through engaging and reflective activities designed to deepen understanding and support practical application.

Foundations of Leadership: Inspire Growth & Influence

Leadership isn’t a title, it’s influence. In wrapping up the series, learn how strong leaders think, act and connect. Explore how your values and Emotional Intelligence (EI) shape your impact, enhances communication and develops collaboration. Participants will gain strategies to lead with authenticity, foster trust and cultivate a positive and productive organizational culture.
